May 12 is commemorated as International Nurses Day every year globally. May 12 is also the anniversary of Florence Nightingales birth. Nurses are at the frontline in the fight against COVID-19. Just like doctors and other healthcare workers, nurses are constantly providing quality care and often have to work without a break.
